How far is the beach?
The beach is a five minute walk, or about three blocks, from the condo. The condo is on a hill. It overlooks the Flamingo Beach Marina and Potrero Bay on one side; and Flamingo beach and the Pacific ocean on the other.
Which resort do your guests also have privileges and how far is it?
Guests of my condo are allowed to use the facilities at the Flamingo Beach Resort. The Flamingo Beach Resort is on the beach, so it is about a 5 minute walk, or three blocks, from the condo.
Do you have a phone?
There is a phone in the condo that will make outgoing calls only. Unfortunately, it will not accept incoming calls. If needed, emergency messages can be passed through the property manager or you may rent a mobile phone from your rental car agency or GSM Rent-A-Cell in Flamingo ($6/day + $0.70/min, www.gsmrentacell.com, info@gsmrentalcell.com -- walking distance from the condo) or Cellphone Rentals (www.cellphonescr.com, damon@cellphonescr.com).

How do I get from the airport to your condo?
Most guests rent a car. A taxi will cost about $70 each way from the international airport in Liberia. If you contact Heriberto Vallejos (Tel: 506-2653-2243, Cel: 506-8825-8409, tamarindotravel09@yahoo.es), directly (he speaks great English), he says he will charge $60/one-way for his mini-bus.
How far is the grocery store in Flamingo?
The main grocery store is a couple miles away from my condo - a short drive, but probably something you won't want to walk. The condo is in the center of downtown Flamingo and there is a convienence store across the street, but it will not have most items you will want for serious cooking. The best super market is in Huacas.
When is check-in & check-out?
Check-in is at 2PM and check-out is before noon.

I keep the online availability calendar very current. If the online calendar shows the dates available, it is available.
How do I book?
Contact us letting us know the dates your interested in and how you'd like to make the 50% deposit to secure the reservation. Once the reservation deposit is confirmed, the property manager in Costa Rica will contact you with instructions on how to find her office.
What currency do you accept?
Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
Do you offer refunds of the non-refundable deposit?
No.
Does the condo have a hair dryer or iron?
Yes, the condo has an iron and ironing board, but does not have a hair dryer.
How far is the Liberia Airport?
Flamingo is around a 60 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport.
